We do reserve the right to refuse an order if we can not fulfill your request.

If you are looking for an "Out of Stock" item we will try our best to make the tree exactly the way you want depending on the inventory of supplies we have in stock. Some colors or ornaments may change.

If you are looking to place a bulk order for a

Wedding or Quinceañera please let us know in the subject line.

***Full payment is now required for all custom orders . No Exceptions***

We will unlock the custom order payment section in our shop so you will be able to finalize your order. We will email you details when it is unlocked.

We will not start your order until full payment is received.

Once payment is given cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order can not be refunded.
